The transuterine pelvic phlebography described by Topolanski and Sierra is a radiologic procedure used by the authors for the diagnosis of small and medium uterine tumors in women with a negative gynecological examination and symptomatology of hypogastric pain, dysmenorrea and metrorragies. By this method, whose simplicity is remarked, the diagnosis of localization and size of small and medium uterine tumors was made in 38 cases of a total of 60 women with negative gynecological examination. The early detection of these uterine tumors will permit elective treatment, particularly important in cases of infertility. In this serie did not ocurred any type of accident to lament, a fact wich remarks this is an innocuos test of ambulatory type.Downloads
