Abstract

This paper analyzes the difficulties the clinical gynecologist for diagnosis of pelvic endometriosis and adenomyosis; which it is often performed after surgery or histiopatológico study. In this paper, the casuistry of Gynaecology of the Archbishop Loayza Hospital analyzed by studying 40 cases diagnosed in some of the locations of genital endometrium; emphasis is to point out that the laparoscopic diagnostic method is a breakthrough for identification of pelvic endometriosis. Is the expediency of adopting a classification of the extent of injuries, for a proper therapeutic approach using the classification of Kistner and thus to make a prognosis regarding the evolution of the disease after medical treatment and / or surgical, emphasizing fertility prognosis of many patients affected.
