Fetal cytomegalovirus infection may be detected by ultrasonographic signs in various organs. Though uncommon, cardiac compromise may take various presentations, from isolated pericardial effusion to cardiomyopathy with calcifications. We report a case of fetal cytomegalovirus infection with cardiac involvement.Downloads
