In the last three decades there has been a noticeable increase in the ultimate contraception. In 1950 it was reported 3 million couples who speak preferred this method and in 1978 increased to 80 million. Laparoscopy looms in tubal occlusion, especially during the internatal period or interval, to be an effective, simple, rapid, inexpensive method with few complications. Boesch in Switzerland in 1935 reported the first translaparoscópicos blockades, which have increased in the last decade with the discovery of fiberglass. A US Power and Barnes, Palmer from France, Germany and Steptoe Frangenheim England, they should be the art of laparoscopy.Downloads
