Abstract

Population Policy clearly reflects the need to respond adequately to the demographic problems of the country response. It is understood that these problems mainly concern the one hand, to imbalances in the age structure of the population, and the other, to the inadequacy of the population with its territory and resources, not only in terms of spatial distribution and availability but also of real capacity to mobilize consistently with the expansion of the requirements of basic goods and services, which is derived from population growth.
