The abdominal ectopic pregnancy is a rare complication; and some authors find one for 30,000, other 1 per 8,000; in our midst 1 60,000. It is required to keep this in mind in our field, because it is an entity that can occur in any woman of reproductive age who have symptoms of pregnancy probability of abdominal pain and vaginal bleeding. We consider it important to present a case the only place in the Maternity of Lima, exceptional case came to the Hospital for 33 weeks with a live fetus.Downloads
