92 patients treated with Danazol. Favorable results were obtained in young infertile patients with mild to moderate endometriosis. However, danazol has no effect when large tumors or diffuse adhesions; such patients usually require surgery. Women who have completed their families and has severe symptoms should be treated with hysterectomy.Downloads
