Abstract

Intrauterine contraception, called intrauterine devices (IUDs), are currently the largest demographic contraceptive efficacy, since they have the highest continuation rate of use compared with other contraceptive method. On the other hand, clinical efficacy, measured in terms of pregnancy rate started while using contraception, only surpassed by the combined Gestagens. To this we must add its relatively simple application, therefore feasible as a paramedic medical staff (midwife or nurse-midwife), which is performed in one session, requiring little or no further use motivation. Allow human couple separate sexual expression playback unaware they constitute an independent intercourse method.
