Urological complications of surgical treatment of carcinoma of the cervix. Therapy and prophylaxis

The specialist has always feared urological complications of radical surgery for carcinoma of the cervix. The classic form; of these complications is necrotic ureteral fistula. During the early years it occurred in over 10% of cases, and even today we find such figures held by some surgeons; although most have decreased. To this classic form today adhere others whose origin is the lymphadenectomy.Downloads
