The experience gained in the pre-operative evaluation more than 5,000 patients communicate. An evaluation method based primarily on the interpretation of functional symptoms and clinical data accessible to all exposed internist. Ownership of the concept of "Surgical Risk" as well as the many contingent factors that may influence it is discussed, and a rating scale pre-operative state is proposed. The report to the surgeon should essentially contain such status, accompanied by a print on the functional condition and risks - as calcularse- assumes the patient can deal with each type of intervention.Downloads
