La edad en la que las mujeres comienzan a buscar su primer embarazo se ha venido retrasando en las sociedades desarrolladas. Este retraso tiene como consecuencia una disminución de la fecundabilidad materna, pues a partir de los 35 años comienza a disminuir y lo hace en una forma muy significativa a partir de los 40 años. En esta revisión se hace un recuento de la estimulación ovárica en usuarias mayores de 38 años.Descargas
