Resumen

El presente número de fin de año 2012 de la Revista Peruana de Ginecología y Obstetricia les trae novedades en investigación en la especialidad, en trabajos presentados en el XIX Congreso Peruano de Ginecología y Obstetricia, que dan una pauta del futuro promisor que le toca a nuestra especialidad. Así mismo, ofrecemos otra novedad, en un interesante y polémico Simposio sobre Anemia, en donde en dos artículos científicos, los Drs. Milman, de Dinamarca, y Breymann, de Suiza, nos presentan excelentes revisiones completas sobre el tema en inglés y español.
